Job Overview
The Law Offices of Domingo, a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Dallas, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support and enhance the firm’s marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for executing daily marketing activities, managing bilingual social media content, and serving as a liaison with medical clinics, vendor partners, and community organizations to support referral and grassroots marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong professional experience in digital content creation, social media management, and community-based marketing. Prior experience in a law firm or medical-related marketing environment is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily marketing activities, including outreach to medical clinics, vendor partners, and community organizations.
Assist with grassroots marketing and community engagement initiatives to promote the firm.
Create, manage, and publish bilingual written and video content across major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Define key social media KPIs and analyze performance metrics.
Collaborate with the SEO and marketing team to optimize content for improved visibility and performance.
Work alongside the firm’s social media coordinator and website coordinator as needed.
Utilize platforms and tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprinklr, Canva, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word), and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent digital editing tools.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong speaking and writing skills in both languages.
Proven experience creating bilingual written and video content.
Demonstrated success managing bilingual social media campaigns and content.
Experience with digital media tools and social media management platforms.
Prior marketing experience required; law firm or medical marketing experience is a plus.
Ability to provide a digital portfolio and professional references.
