Full Job Description

Description:
Central Wisconsin Credit Union is a $54M NCUA insured, state-chartered, Credit Union. Our focus is to provide excellent service to our members.
We are looking for a qualified professional for our open Member Service Representative position at our Plover, WI location to deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external members as defined by our excellent service standards.
Member Services Representative Responsibilities:

The MSR will assist and respond to member inquiries regarding interest rates, credit union hours, direct deposits, available funds, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and credit union products and services.
The MSR will provide email & phone support to both internal and external members.
The MSR will assist with automated systems including but not limited to: online banking, mobile banking, & bill payer.
The MSR will assist with incoming mail, insurance on collateral loans, & opening member accounts.

Requirements:

Related work experience not required, but recommended.
Demonstrate strong solution-oriented skills.
Strong interpersonal/member service skills including oral and written communication.
Well organized and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computers including Microsoft Word and Excel and utilize multiple systems consecutively.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
