Founded by local fishermen with a passion for fresh, locally sourced seafood, we aim to provide exceptional service in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Server to join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient food and beverage service. If you love working in a dynamic environment and enjoy engaging with people, this role is perfect for you!

Duties

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables, providing menus and answering initial questions.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently.
Serve food, beverages, including cocktails and spirits, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Upsell menu items such as wines or specialty drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, assist with bussing, and ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Support guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including cash handling and inventory checks.

Skills

Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings.
Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing.
Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and food handling practices.
