We're looking for a licensed producer who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Compensation

$70,000–$85,000+ annually
(Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

What You'll Do:

Build relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
Work qualified leads generated through live transfers, AI-booked appointments, email, text, phone campaigns, referrals, networking, and prospecting.
Educate clients on Life, Auto, Home, Commercial, Specialty, and Umbrella insurance solutions.
Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage that fits each client's needs.
Cross-sell additional insurance products to maximize client protection.
Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

Active California Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain, immediately)
Life Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment
