Full Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments for clients
Develop, write, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists
Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and support across environments
Ensure services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, funding source requirements, and HIPAA regulations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Attend team meetings and provide caregiver training as needed

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification in good standing (Required)
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Strong ability to conduct assessments and create effective behavior intervention plans
Knowledge of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and HIPAA regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area

Job Type: Full-time, Contract Available

Pay Range: $80,000 to $95,000

(with opportunities for bonuses and performance incentives)
