Full Job Description

Growth Minded Talent Solutions is hiring a Real Estate Executive Assistant on behalf of a successful real estate client in Savannah, GA.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident, supporting a fast-moving real estate business. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting leadership, coordinating schedules, managing communication, and helping ensure clients and team members receive a high level of service.

The right person will be a steady, solutions-focused professional who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys being the behind-the-scenes support that helps a business grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a meaningful career in real estate while working closely with an established team.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage executive schedules, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents with precision.
Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Organize and maintain files, records, and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings, including agenda setting and minute-taking.
Handle travel arrangements and itineraries, optimizing time and resources.
Support project management efforts by tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks and goals.
