About the Role:

We are seeking a well-rounded Personal Lines Account Executive / Account Manager to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who already has experience servicing personal insurance policies and is ready to continue developing within a structured, supportive environment. While this is an entry-level position within our agency’s career path, the successful candidate should be comfortable handling routine service needs with moderate independence.

You will assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, insurance documents, coverage-related requests, and other day-to-day servicing needs. Just as importantly, you will help create the friendly, professional, and dependable experience our clients expect from John Galt Insurance.

The right person for this role is organized, personable, dependable, comfortable with technology, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

Process policy changes, endorsements, and general service requests
Complete mortgagee updates, cancellations, and reinstatements
Respond to inbound client calls, emails, and follow-up requests
Assist clients with billing questions and general coverage-related needs
Generate declaration pages, evidence of insurance, ID cards, and other policy documents
Accurately document client interactions and activities within the agency CRM
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy servicing needs
Support producers and sales agents with post-bind servicing
Review policies for potential cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities
Follow agency procedures, documentation standards, and service timelines
Work collaboratively with teammates to provide a consistent client experience

What We Are Looking For:

Two or more years of insurance servicing experience preferred
Personal Lines insurance experience strongly preferred
Active Florida 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 Insurance License required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
Dependable, coachable, and willing to learn
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
Ability to work independently while remaining an active part of the team
Applied Epic experience is a plus
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
