Full Job Description

Job Purpose: Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Provide one-on-one support to the account coordinators. May also train newly hired clerical staff.

Essential Functions

Over seeing all one time cleaning projects
Answer Phones
Schedule Client’s appointments and estimates
Creating all estimates
Making sales calls and reminder appointment calls
Making cold calls to new and existing customers
Manage office files/paperwork
Manage Customer Service Email
Employee schedule
Receive visitors in the office
Problem solve/manage client complaints and concerns
Compile data that decisions will be made from
Being able to learn and teach new software programs
Assist Office Staff with daily tasks
Assisting with laundry
1st round of phone interviews, following our call sheet and vetting candidates for interviews

Work Activities

Transcribe spoken or written information
Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work Responsibilities for the Office Staff
Prepare documentation for Service Agreements
Prepare Cleaning Specs for Janitorial Accounts
Assist with implementing changes in the company and communicating those changes to other staff members
Prepare business correspondence
Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance

Additional Work Activities

Writing Thank You cards
Record information from meetings
Fielding calls for upper management
Create templates for the office
Create forms and procedures for techs to follow
Organize and run holiday celebrations
Explain regulations, policies, or procedures
Internal Laundry and preparing supplies for technicians

The employee will occasionally lift 30 to 50 pounds, any more than that will require a team member's assistance.

Qualification

Basic knowledge and comfortable with computers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Docs etc.
Must have good communication skills, problem solving, be self-motivated, a team player, and be a go-getter.

Education

High School/G.E.D.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
