Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our RV Park office.

Position: Office Manager (1099 Contract)

Company: Daytona RV Park and Gardens

Location: 2430 South Nova Rd, South Daytona, FL

Compensation: $19–$22/hr depending on experience level

Additional Pay: Additional compensation during major race events

Benefits: Health care available after 3 months

Hours: full time, various weekend and event availability required

Role Summary

The Office Manager will run daily park operations - reservations, guest services, financial tracking, and the park's online/social presence. We're looking for someone self-directed who is honest, a quick learner, self-starter and takes pride in their work.

Must-Have Skills

Self-starter - proactive, takes initiative, and a quick learner with a can-do attitude
Can run social media accounts independently - Facebook required - creating posts, responding to messages, keeping content current
Has Microsoft Excel & Office Suite proficiency
Comfortable learning new software/tech tools quickly
Book balancing: daily EOD, weekly/monthly reconciliation, accurate deposit handling
Hospitality mindset - great with customer service, skilled at conflict de-escalation, brings a positive work attitude
Cash/credit handling with accurate check-and-balance processes
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized under pressure

Nice-to-Have

Campground Master software experience, or similar booking/reservation software
Basic website editing experience (updating rates, blackout dates, announcements)

Key Duties

Manage check-ins/outs, phone & email inquiries, and the reservations system
Reconcile cash/credit batches; prepare deposits
Track and report sales tax
Log and track maintenance tickets
Update website rates/blackout dates; post announcements
Own the park's social media - regular posts, guest engagement, responding to Facebook messages promptly

MUST PASS THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECK

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
