Full Job Description

Veeva Chiropractic Clinics is seeking a driven and organized Office Manager to lead daily operations at our NE Portland (Gateway) Clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in building strong systems, supporting staff, and delivering an excellent patient experience.

The Office Manager plays a key role in clinic performance—overseeing front office operations, managing staff, and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently day-to-day. This is a leadership position with real impact and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations and front office workflow
Work closely with the Clinic Director to lead, train, and support a team of Chiropractic Assistants and Massage Therapists
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and overall clinic efficiency
Monitor key performance metrics and help drive clinic growth
Handle patient concerns and ensure a high-quality experience
Maintain organization, compliance, and operational consistency

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (Spanish) - Required
Shift availability of Monday-Friday, 10AM - 7PM
Strong leadership and team management skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle conflict and navigate day-to-day challenges professionally
Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
Previous experience in a medical or office management role preferred
