Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement robust infection control strategies, aligning with evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.

Quality Assurance Expert: Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare, showcasing your profound understanding of the healthcare landscape.
Current RN/LPN license for the state (OR), demonstrating your commitment to clinical excellence.
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) highly desirable, amplifying your healthcare acumen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiarity with competency/education software (preferred).
