Position Overview:
Arthrocyber is seeking a onsite ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Lead (Senior) to join our Cybersecurity Engineering Team in Washington, DC. This full-time position supports a U.S. Government civilian agency and offers an immediate start for qualified candidates with the required background clearance.

The ideal candidate will serve as a primary ServiceNow Developer and secondary ServiceNow Administrator, spearheading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations. This role involves workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.

As part of a dynamic team, you'll help optimize and automate tools for enterprise-wide impact, reporting directly to the Engineering Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows in ServiceNow.
Customize ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Develop reports, dashboards, and customized forms to meet client needs.
Utilize JavaScript for both client-side and server-side scripting, leveraging ServiceNow APIs.
Manage ServiceNow architecture, security models, version control, update sets, and application deployment.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other methods.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Follow Agile and DevSecOps methodologies to enhance development cycles.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of ServiceNow development experience, particularly in ITSM modules.
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
Expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security practices, and best practices.
Experience with version control, update sets, and application deployment.
Familiarity with web services integration (REST, SOAP).
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Experience with Agile Development, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response modules.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Relevant certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.
