Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in property operations, tenant relations, financial performance, and team leadership. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of service, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring asset value growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Oversee daily operations of a designated portfolio of properties, ensuring all properties are managed to company standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor property managers, leasing agents, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel.
Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage property budgets, approve expenditures, monitor variances, and ensure rent collection and profitability targets are met.
Maintenance & Vendor Management: Coordinate regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and capital improvement projects. Oversee vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
Leasing & Occupancy: Work with leasing teams to achieve and maintain high occupancy rates through strategic marketing and tenant retention efforts.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and updates for owners, investors, and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5–7 years of property management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience) a plus
Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Rent Manager, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and increase net operating income.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
