Job Summary

Ghee Indian Kitchen is a Michelin rated concept based in South Florida and expanding to Atlanta!
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a dynamic role that combines cleaning, food service, and customer interaction. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization while ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Assist with bussing tables, ensuring prompt clearing of dishes and resetting for new guests.
Support food service operations by preparing food items, serving meals, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth operations during peak hours.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Maintain communication with team members to ensure efficient workflow and address any issues that arise promptly.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the food industry, including proper handling of food items.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred, including roles such as catering or restaurant experience.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and food handling practices is essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in kitchen or hotel settings is a plus but not required.
