Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi-Unit Operations Manager to lead and optimize the performance of multiple locations within our organization. This energetic leader will drive operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a high-performing team environment across all units. The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and innovative process improvements to ensure each location meets its financial and operational goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence business growth, develop leadership talent, and execute business strategies that deliver measurable results.

Duties

Oversee daily operations across multiple units, ensuring consistency in service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Lead, motivate, and develop managers and team members to achieve high performance through effective coaching, training, and team development initiatives.
Analyze profit & loss statements and operational data using Excel data analysis tools to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
Implement strategic management practices that align with organizational goals, including process improvements and lean management techniques to streamline workflows.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, enhancing customer service experiences, and increasing sales across all locations.
Manage project execution related to operational upgrades, new store openings, or other initiatives ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing data-driven decision making and process improvement strategies to optimize operations.
Maintain clear managerial communication with executive-level teams regarding performance metrics, strategic plans, and operational challenges.

Qualifications

Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising multiple units or locations within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated expertise in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational oversight.
Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting trends, forecasting financial outcomes, and supporting strategic decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex initiatives effectively.
Excellent business management acumen combined with strategic planning capabilities to drive growth and efficiency.
Exceptional team management skills with experience in leadership development and team building at all levels of an organization.
Effective managerial communication skills that facilitate collaboration across departments and executive teams.
Knowledge of customer service principles coupled with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Experience in process improvement methodologies such as lean management or operational streamlining techniques.
Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making while maintaining a focus on business development opportunities.
