Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations with enthusiasm, ensuring smooth communication, and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a friendly demeanor to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients alike. Join us in delivering professional service while supporting daily office functions with energy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, directing them appropriately and maintaining a professional reception area
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently using excellent phone etiquette
Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management duties to ensure a well-organized workspace
Utilize computer skills to update records, prepare correspondence, and assist with clerical tasks including proofreading and document formatting
Support administrative functions by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and assisting with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and supporting client communication efforts

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or as a front desk receptionist with strong clerical background
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry tools
Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone; bilingual abilities are a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems, computer literacy, and familiarity with productivity software such as QuickBooks is preferred
Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles that required high levels of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions
