I'm hiring one person to run and scale the sales organization at Roman Balandin Realty, one of the top-producing residential brokerages in New Jersey. Not to "help out." To own it — and earn a real stake in what you build.

Here's the deal.

I'm Roman Balandin. I built RBR into one of the top-producing residential brokerages in New Jersey — last year: $100M+ in closed volume, 200+ transactions, a team of 17 agents, 3 ISAs, a 5-person marketing team, and 8 in back office. We're scaling across New Jersey and the Northeast on national systems and training — Watters International Realty, the same playbook behind 700+ transactions a year out of Austin. I've built the machine. I need someone to run it so I can go build the next one.

That's the real job: take the team we already have, make them better, recruit more, and grow into the person who runs sales while I move up. This is a succession seat, not a support seat.

What you'll earn.

$60,000 base to start — with a clear, milestone-based climb to $100,000 as you prove it.
Team production bonuses, GCI overrides on team and recruited-agent deals, and income from your own personal production.
Realistic Year 1 total: $135K–$285K+. Your ceiling is the team you build.
A documented path to VP of Sales and profit share on the sales organization you build — real ownership, vesting over time, put in writing, not dangled.

North of $1M/year is where this seat goes — running multiple teams and vested into profit share on what you built. It's not Year 1, and it takes real time to get there; I'll walk you through the honest timeline on our call. Year 1 you earn $135K–$285K. The climb from there is yours.

We start with a 90-day mutual fit window — if it's not right on either side, clean exit, no hard feelings. But if you need to be handed leads and a safe salary to feel comfortable long-term, this isn't your seat. If you bet on yourself, keep reading.

What you're stepping into — the part most jobs can't offer.

You are not starting from zero. Day one you inherit a producing team and a paid-for lead-generation and conversion machine — Follow Up Boss, a 3-person ISA team feeding the pipeline, and a speed-to-lead system that turns leads into closings — plus a national training playbook and a brand people already know. The leads and the systems are real; your job is to make them convert harder, not to build from scratch and hope. You also get direct mentorship from me on strategy, recruiting, and expansion, plus real visibility into how a top brokerage actually runs — the P&L, the levers, all of it. That's how you become someone who can run one.

The path — and we put it in writing.

Months 0–6: take over daily leadership, tighten the pipeline, systematize onboarding, start recruiting.
Months 6–12: develop your first team lead, launch a second team, take on listing oversight.
Year 2–3: run a multi-team, multi-county sales organization — and step into VP of Sales with equity.

We write the milestones down so you know exactly what it takes. A plan with numbers — not a "someday."
