Senior CPA

Elk River, MN | $95,000 - $120,000

We're looking for an experienced CPA who is ready for greater client ownership, continued technical growth, and the opportunity to help develop others. You'll work directly with clients, manage complex tax engagements, provide planning and advisory support, and play an important role in the continued growth of our Elk River practice.

What We're Looking For

Active CPA license
5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience preferred
Strong experience with individual and business taxation, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, individuals, and trusts/estates
Ability to prepare and review complex tax returns
Experience managing multiple client engagements and deadlines
Strong understanding of federal and state tax compliance and planning
Ability to research complex tax matters and communicate recommendations clearly
Strong client relationship skills and an advisory mindset
Ability to communicate directly and confidently with clients
Interest in mentoring and supporting developing professionals
UltraTax CS experience preferred
Nonprofit tax experience is a plus
