Full Job Description

Feed The Cheeks is a fun, growing cookie shop known for our THICC cookies, seasonal flavors, and creative menu drops. We're looking for a Head Baker / Pastry Chef to take charge of our kitchen, help us develop new flavors, stay organized, and help build out systems as we continue to grow.

This role includes baking, recipe development, inventory management, and barista training so you can help support the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and test new cookie flavors for monthly specials and store menu
Handle all daily baking, dough prep, scaling, and production
Oversee inventory levels and place ingredient orders
Keep kitchen and prep areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
Help develop systems to improve kitchen efficiency and consistency
Train and support newer team members on baking standards
Learn and assist with barista operations (espresso, teas, soft serve)

Requirements:

ServSafe Certified
Previous professional baking / kitchen experience required
Passion for baking & creativity with flavors
Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
Reliable, responsible, and able to manage time well
Comfortable learning barista skills
Willing to help build out kitchen systems as we grow
Weekend Availability
