Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Administrative Assistant to join our accounting firm. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Answer and direct phone calls on multi-line phone system in a professional manner.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Perform data entry tasks related to typing financial documents.
Assist in processing tax returns and tracking status of e-file returns.
Control office supply inventory.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (including knowledge of formatting and formulas).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
