Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Dental Associate to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to creating a positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
Check patients in and out efficiently.
Collect co-pays, balances, and process payments.
Present treatment estimates and discuss financial options.
Maintain accurate patient records using the practice management software.
Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly.
Assist with administrative and office duties as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience preferred.
Knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling.
Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
