Build the Marketing Organization Behind a Growing Portfolio of Businesses

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Director to build and lead a centralized marketing function supporting a growing portfolio of companies across healthcare, business services, technology, and outsourced operations.

This is not a creative director role.

The creative resources already exist.

What we need is a strategic marketing leader who can unify marketing across multiple businesses, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, improve accountability, and ensure every marketing investment drives measurable business growth.

This role exists to build one scalable marketing organization capable of supporting multiple companies while maintaining clear priorities, measurable performance, and strong alignment with executive leadership.

Prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and return on investment.
Building scalable marketing systems, reporting, and accountability.
Improving lead generation, digital performance, and marketing ROI.
Developing a high-performing internal marketing team capable of supporting continued growth.

This role is about building the marketing organization—not simply running campaigns.

What You'll OwnMarketing Strategy

Own marketing strategy across multiple portfolio companies.
Align marketing initiatives with company objectives, growth priorities, and revenue goals.
Prioritize projects, campaigns, and investments based on measurable business impact.
Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance objectives.

Marketing Leadership

Lead and develop an internal team of web developers, designers, marketing strategists, and social media professionals.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and execution.
Coach and develop team members while establishing clear ownership and performance expectations.
Recruit and scale the marketing organization as the business grows.

Growth Marketing & Demand Generation

Own lead generation, demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, and brand management.
Improve customer acquisition, conversion performance, and marketing ROI.
Optimize multi-channel campaigns using data, analytics, and continuous testing.
Ensure marketing investments consistently support revenue growth.

Marketing Operations

Build scalable marketing processes, operating rhythms, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
Improve visibility into campaign performance, marketing ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
Strengthen collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership.

Within your first 12 months, you will have:

Built a unified marketing strategy across multiple portfolio companies.
Increased qualified lead generation and marketing contribution to revenue.
Improved SEO, paid media performance, and customer acquisition efficiency.

Required Experience

We're looking for a marketing leader who has successfully built marketing organizations—not simply managed campaigns.

Required qualifications include:

Demonstrated success leading marketing strategy within a high-growth, multi-brand, or operationally complex organization.
Experience leading internal marketing teams across multiple disciplines.
Strong digital marketing experience, including SEO, paid search, paid social, Meta Ads, demand generation, and lead generation.
Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on business impact.
Executive-level communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
