Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a National Sales Opportunity Specialist. This role offers an exciting chance to lead strategic sales initiatives across diverse territories, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for people and high level of integrity. Must have sales experience and exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in B2B sales. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for expanding our national footprint by engaging with enterprise clients, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and closing high-value deals. This position provides an excellent platform for leadership development and career advancement within the sales domain. Stonedeks System was established in 2007

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target key national accounts and expand market share.
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing technical features and benefits of scientific or medical equipment.
Manage existing client accounts while proactively identifying new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual value creation for clients and the company.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, exceptional customer service, and personalized solutions.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, analyze pipeline data, and forecast future performance accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and training materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other tools.
Lead territory management efforts by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize coverage.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales within the home improvement sector sales, experience is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in outside or field sales environments.
Demonstrated ability in account management, customer relationship building, and enterprise selling techniques.
Technical sales experience with deck building experience will very helpful; ability to deliver engaging product demos effectively.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and organizational skills for managing multiple clients and territories efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint) and GHL CRM systems for tracking sales activities and client information.
Leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within client organizations.
Analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans accordingly.
