Director of Sales & Marketing

Job Overview

Drumore Estate is seeking an experienced, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team. This position will play a key role in advancing the continued growth of our award-winning estate by leading sales strategy, marketing initiatives, brand development, and business development efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished sales and marketing professional who enjoys building systems, developing meaningful client relationships, and driving measurable results while representing a luxury hospitality brand.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction of all sales and marketing initiatives.
Develop, refine, and manage a best-in-class sales process from initial inquiry through booked event.
Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
Oversee lead management to ensure timely communication, exceptional client experiences, and consistent follow-up.
Conduct venue tours and consult with prospective clients to help them envision their event at Drumore Estate.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Collaborate with ownership on pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives.
Oversee website content, social media strategy, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and brand consistency.
Build and strengthen relationships with wedding professionals, corporate clients, community organizations, and referral partners.
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports that support informed business decisions.

Qualifications

Proven success in sales leadership, hospitality, luxury events, or a related industry.
Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, automation, reporting, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales systems and client nurture strategies.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and guide clients through the decision-making process.
Experience leading marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Experience

Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or enterprise selling within a corporate or hospitality environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales teams or business development management functions.
Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud or comparable CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms, along with strong analysis skills using sales analytics & reporting tools.
Extensive background in technical sales of SaaS (Software as a Service) products or technology solutions is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent account management capabilities to foster long-term client relationships.
Experience managing sales strategies within a corporate or enterprise context with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative approaches to expand market share.
