The platform brings together AI-driven protocol generation, scientific workflow simulation, global laboratory sourcing and execution, and end-to-end research operations support.

The Role

We're hiring a Director of Growth to own and build the go-to-market engine for AxisOne. This is not a traditional marketing role and not a seat where you wait for direction. You will define the growth strategy, build the pipeline, develop the partnerships, and be measured on adoption and revenue. You'll have the autonomy of an early-stage operator with the credibility, customer base, and infrastructure of an established global company behind you.

What You'll Own

Define and execute the end-to-end growth strategy for AxisOne — demand generation, pipeline, conversion, and adoption
Build and manage the sales and partnership pipeline across biotech, pharma, CROs, diagnostics labs, and scientific organizations
Source, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships
Own the GTM stack — CRM, lead scoring, attribution, and the full growth funnel — and the metrics that come with it
Lead outbound, LinkedIn, webinar, demo, and conference programs as integrated campaigns, not one-off tactics
Translate a technical, scientific product into clear positioning and messaging for both scientific and commercial buyers
Direct and coordinate international teams supporting content, outreach, and execution
Build the feedback loop between customers and product — shaping onboarding, messaging, and roadmap priorities
Establish the growth function so it can scale, including hiring and building the team over time
Strong knowledge of using AI agents where needed to automate tasks and scale.

What You Bring

6–10+ years in growth, business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership, ideally in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, scientific SaaS, or B2B platforms
A track record of owning pipeline or revenue targets and hitting them
The judgment to set strategy and the willingness to execute it yourself in an early-stage environment
Strong commercial instincts plus genuine comfort with scientific and technical audiences
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Real interest in AI, biotech, and the future of R&D — and the drive to build something new

Preferred

Experience in biotech SaaS, CROs, diagnostics, laboratory services, or scientific software
Experience building partnerships or channels in life sciences
Familiarity with scientific workflows, biospecimens, or outsourced R&D
Hands-on with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and modern outreach/automation tooling
A history of attending or driving presence at scientific conferences (AACR, ASCO, and similar)

Location & Travel

In-person role based out of our Irving, TX office, with travel for conferences, customer meetings, and partnership development.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
