Licensed Real Estate Transaction Manager/Coordinator (CA RE Lic & 1 Year experience Required) – Redding, CA

Josh Barker Real Estate is a team of high-performing professionals committed to elevating the real estate experience in the Redding area. We operate with a client-first philosophy: staying on the cutting edge of real estate while delivering the personalized, concierge-level service our clients deserve. Our success is built on accessibility, exceptional communication, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to client needs.

We’re looking for a Licensed Real Estate Transaction Manager/Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves process and precision, and wants to be part of a high-performing team.

A California Real Estate License is REQUIRED

This is an in-office position

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage transactions from Contract-to-Close
Deliver a concierge-level experience to every client
Work closely with agents, lenders, title, and escrow partners
Ensure accurate documentation, deadlines, and compliance
Maintain consistent processes and uphold operational standards
Problem-solve, strategize, and anticipate needs before they arise

What You Bring to the Team

Active California Real Estate License
Strong client-facing experience
1+ year in a high-volume office environment
Experience with CRM systems, DocuSign, and ZipForms
Understanding of escrow processes (preferred)
Detail-oriented mindset and exceptional organizational skills
A team-first attitude paired with self-motivation and accountability
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
