Full Job Description

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a leading global manufacturer of electronic components and functional modules. This role will manage strategic customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sales growth across the region.

Our product portfolio includes capacitors, inductors, ferrite beads, EMI filters, resonators, LC filters, energy devices, and RF modules. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and account-management skills with a solid understanding of electronics and OEM customer requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with customers, engineering teams, distributors, and global partners to develop solutions and win new business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute account strategies based on customer requirements and market conditions.
Manage strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Develop new business within existing accounts and prospective customers.
Drive sales growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers.

Customer & Technical Support

Present product and technical information to customers and prospects.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate project activities.
Support engineering discussions, specifications, and design-in/design-win opportunities.
Work with internal technical teams to develop solutions aligned with customer needs.
Provide customers with product availability and delivery updates.

Account Management & Reporting

Manage quotations, pricing activities, and account-related communications.
Prepare sales forecasts, account updates, and activity reports.
Provide management with customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, opportunities, and communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering, technical service, manufacturing, distributors, sales representatives, and other internal teams.
Coordinate customer requirements and ensure timely follow-up on projects and issues.
Collaborate with global teams to support international business opportunities.

Product Promotion & Training

Conduct product and sales presentations for customers, distributors, sales representatives, and internal teams.
Support product launches, new product introductions, and design-in initiatives.
Provide product training and assist with marketing activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of relevant sales, technical sales, or account management experience.
Experience working with electronic components, OEM products, semiconductors, or related technologies strongly preferred.
Understanding of electronic engineering concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering stakeholders.
Experience developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Experience supporting design-in/design-win activities is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, account strategy, and business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for customer meetings.
