About Us

XPRT Fitness is a Massachusetts-based wholesale and e-commerce supplier of strength training and fitness equipment, serving retailers and online customers since 2015. With 300+ active SKUs spanning strength equipment, conditioning gear, and racket & ball sports, our online channels — Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces — are a meaningful and growing part of our business. We're a small, hands-on team — every person's work has direct, visible impact on the business.

The Role

We're hiring an E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online sales channels. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role: you'll start with a focused onboarding period to get up to speed on our current channels, product catalog, and where things stand today, then take on independent, day-to-day ownership of channel strategy and execution. This role is built for someone who wants to diagnose what's not working, fix it, and build real growth from there — not just maintain the status quo.

What You'll Do

Own day-to-day management and growth strategy across our online sales channels — Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and other marketplaces
Diagnose and fix underperformance on Amazon — listing quality, product content, catalog health, and customer Q&A (note: paid advertising/PPC is not part of this role's scope)
Grow Shopify beyond organic traffic — content, SEO, email marketing, and other organic/owned-channel growth strategies
Maintain and continuously improve our eBay listings and operations
Evaluate and lead onboarding of new marketplace opportunities (e.g., Temu and others as they arise)
Manage our Walmart DSV storefront and ensure ongoing compliance with marketplace requirements
Keep inventory levels accurate and synced across all channels, preventing overselling and lost sales from incorrect stock status
Monitor competitive pricing and manage pricing/repricing across channels, balancing competitiveness, margin health, and consistency with our wholesale pricing policies
Set up new product listings across channels as new SKUs launch, and plan promotional/deal calendars around key sales events
Monitor account health, marketplace policy compliance, and product reviews/ratings across channels, flagging risks or issues early
Track channel performance (revenue, conversion, traffic) and translate data into concrete action
Monitor order fulfillment speed, return/complaint patterns, and customer service quality across online channels, coordinating closely with our operations team to flag and resolve issues — day-to-day order processing, fulfillment tracking, and customer service remain owned by our operations team
Coordinate with our operations team on product content needs (photos, specs) and other cross-functional requests
Take on other duties and projects as assigned by management to support the broader needs of the business

Growth Path

This is a ground-floor opportunity: as our online channels grow under your ownership, you'll be positioned to grow into a Director of E-commerce / Digital role, shaping our broader online strategy as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

3+ years managing multi-channel e-commerce operations (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, or similar), ideally including hands-on Shopify management experience
A track record of diagnosing underperforming listings/channels and turning them around
Experience growing an e-commerce channel through organic/owned strategies — content, SEO, email marketing
Comfortable analyzing performance data (conversion rate, traffic sources, channel health) and turning it into action
Strong self-starter mindset — comfortable owning outcomes independently in a remote setting
Clear, proactive written communication style for regular async updates and reporting
Based in the Eastern time zone preferred, for day-to-day coordination with our team.
Willing to travel to our Weymouth, MA office periodically.

Nice to Have

Experience with Walmart Marketplace / DSV specifically
Experience evaluating or launching new online marketplaces (e.g., Temu, TikTok Shop)
Experience in the fitness equipment, sporting goods, or outdoor recreation industry

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $68,000
Annual Growth Bonus based on total online revenue growth across your managed channels (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, and others) each year: 10% of base salary for 10–25% revenue growth, 20% of base salary for growth above 25%
