Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, members, and healthcare providers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients, members, and healthcare providers.
Assist with appointment scheduling, account inquiries, and general healthcare-related questions.
Verify patient information and update records accurately.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while providing outstanding service.
Document all customer interactions in the appropriate systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience required; healthcare, insurance, or medical office experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and customer service software.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
