About the Opportunity

Babe Relationship Coaching (www.babe.dating) is an elite, tech-enabled relationship coaching provider. We are a "start-up" looking to launch July/August. We are seeking high-functioning, trained clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMSW PsyD, or international equivalents) who want to leverage their expertise in the high-margin, borderless world of relationship coaching.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor (1099) position. You will operate your own independent coaching practice powered by Babe’s proprietary tech stack, structured packages, and advanced diagnostic tools.

The 70% Revenue Advantage (No Insurance. No Waiting.)

We operate on a transparent, premium revenue-share model:

70% Commission Split: You keep 70% of the revenue (purchase price) from every structured coaching package purchased by a client.
Zero Insurance Hassles: No Superbills, no clinical documentation audits, and no 90-day insurance reimbursement delays. You are paid directly when the client pays (bi-weekly schedule).
100% Financial Autonomy: This is a pure independent contractor opportunity with no base retainer. Your earning potential is directly tied to the client packages purchased.

Elimination of "Intake Fatigue": Our custom Google/Firebase-backed platform handles the heavy intake lifting. Clients complete automated, data-driven diagnostics before their first session. You accept/decline clients based on their intake data, available from your dashboard. Before your first session you possess comprehensive insights, allowing you to do deep, impactful work immediately.
Defined Scope of Work: Babe operates strictly on a structured Package Model (ranging from 90-minute deep-dives to 6-to-16-week intensives). Every engagement has a clear start, middle, and data-driven end.
Global Jurisdiction: Because you are operating strictly as a relationship coach and not a therapist, your coaching is not bound by local state or regional licensing borders. You can scale your influence and work with elite professional clients globally, as we expand.

Our Structured Coaching Architecture

You will be trained to deliver high-fidelity coaching across 4 core areas of focus within the relationship lifecycle with Babe package session plans (optional):

Finding & Building Love: (e.g., The Personal Deep Dive Audit, Dating Demystified 6-Week Intensive) – Helping singles tear down and rebuild their "attraction architecture."
Strengthening & Repairing: (e.g., The Legacy Blueprint, Recalibrate, Restore, Reunite 16-Week Transformation) – Helping couples, blended families, and single parents move from standard co-parenting to a mission-based model that breaks generational cycles.
Navigating Major Transitions: (Honor & Evolution 8-Week Transformation) – Specialized, precision-tuned tracks for individuals processing Divorce, Long-term Relationship Loss, or Partner Loss.
Group Sessions: Leveraging peer reflection and collective experiences alongside expert guidance to accelerate relational evolution.

You will have access to a suite of 9 proprietary assessment diagnostics (including the Babe Attachment Inventory (BAI), Values Hierarchy Inventory, and Attraction Matrix Inventory) to administer to clients.

To ensure you are positioned as an elite provider from day one, Babe provides all approved independent contractors with a complimentary, professional, AI-generated headshot via BetterPic. This aligns your professional profile with our unified website branding.

Note on Usage: These branded headshots are proprietary to Babe and are authorized exclusively for use on our platform during the duration of your contract. Babe retains these assets in our secure storage for continuity should you continue to contract with us.

What We Are Looking For

Professional Background: A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field, with the formal training and clinical experience typically required for licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or international equivalent). Licensure can be from any country; we value the depth of your training.
The Coach Mindset: An understanding that this is a coaching role, not a therapy or counseling role. You will not be diagnosing pathology; you will be utilizing your advanced behavioral background to drive proactive, future-focused relational growth.

Important Compliance Note for Applicants:

Babe provides relationship coaching, not clinical therapy. Compensation is strictly commission-based (70% revenue split per package sold); there is no base salary or guaranteed hourly retainer.
