About Georgia Express Mobility LLC

Georgia Express Mobility LLC is a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation solutions for seniors, individuals with disabilities, dialysis patients, healthcare facilities, and community partners throughout Georgia.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help build our transportation network and company team by recruiting qualified drivers, sales professionals, and future leaders.

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity designed for a self-motivated individual who enjoys recruiting, networking, relationship building, and creating growth opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

The Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support Georgia Express Mobility’s expansion.

Candidate Recruiting & Sourcing

Recruit qualified candidates for company growth.
Source applicants through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
Review resumes and applications.
Conduct initial candidate screenings.
Schedule interviews with company leadership.
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of future candidates.

Driver Recruitment Responsibilities

Recruit qualified transportation professionals interested in providing non-emergency medical transportation services.

Driver candidates must:

Have their own reliable vehicle.
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Have current vehicle registration.
Maintain required personal vehicle insurance.
Pass background screening requirements.
Pass driving record review.
Complete company onboarding requirements.

Preferred driver candidates:

NEMT drivers.
Rideshare drivers.
Caregivers with transportation experience.
Healthcare transportation professionals.
Independent transportation providers.

Business Team Recruitment

Assist in recruiting future team members, including:

Regional Directors of Business Development.
Sales Representatives.
Community Outreach Representatives.
Dispatch Personnel.
Administrative Team Members.
Future leadership positions.

Talent Acquisition Development

Responsibilities include:

Creating recruiting strategies to support company expansion.
Building relationships with potential candidates.
Maintaining candidate records.
Helping develop a strong workforce pipeline.
Supporting company growth into additional Georgia markets.

Compensation Structure

This position is 100% commission-based with unlimited earning potential.

You will be compensated based on successful recruiting milestones.

Driver Recruiting Compensation

$50
for each driver who:

Completes the application process.
Completes required onboarding.
Is approved to begin providing transportation services.

Additional $100 retention bonus
for each driver who remains active for 90 days.

Leadership Recruiting Compensation

Up to $250
for successful Regional Director or Director-level hires who:

Complete onboarding.
Begin performing responsibilities.
Remain active for 90 days.

Sales & Administrative Recruiting Compensation

$100
for qualified hires who:

Complete onboarding.
Remain active for 90 days.
