What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver exceptional customer support.
Manage policy changes, mortgage changes, and certificates of insurance.
Assist customers with billing, invoices, and account inquiries.
Handle quoting and rating by collecting information and running quotes through rating systems.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking professionals with 2 years of insurance experience, ideally in independent Home and Auto Insurance, and 2 years of remote work experience. You should have:

A Bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills at a C1-C2 level.
The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Adaptability, flexibility, and a commitment to following processes.
A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.

Compensation: Starting pay $3.00 USD - $10.00 USD
