PSYCHOLOGIST (PH.D. OR PSY.D.) – HYBRID | FLORIDA LICENSED

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus | W-2 Position | Hybrid Schedule

Kinsler Psychology has proudly served the Tampa Bay area for nearly two decades and continues to grow to meet the increasing demand for high-quality mental health services. We are seeking a licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to join our multidisciplinary practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Our team includes psychologists, therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, administrative staff, billing specialists, and marketing professionals who work together to support both our clients and clinicians.

POSITION DETAILS

W-2 employee status
Guaranteed base salary plus commission compensation model
Hybrid schedule with approximately two days per week in-office
One-week paid orientation and onboarding program

Full-time position (30–39 hours per week)

QUALIFICATIONS

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field
Active Florida psychologist license required
Experience working with multiple age groups preferred
Interest in working with couples and families strongly preferred
Commitment to evidence-based, high-quality clinical care
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
