We are a small but growing business and we need an expert in revenue operations who deeply understands CRMs and pipeline logic. This role will start as contract work and you will be working in Attio CRM. If you have experience with Hubspot or Salesforce or Pipedrive that is probably the most transferrable in terms of skills.

You will be creating data models, pipelines, automations, and most importantly managing our clients. For that reason, being able to respond quickly is hugely important. Speed and client satisfaction are two of our distinguishing characteristics at ACS.

If all goes well this will turn into a full time role. Pay is $40-80/hr. Looking forward to connecting!

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic CRM Implementation Expert to lead the deployment and optimization of customer relationship management systems across our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation initiatives, enhance customer engagement strategies, and streamline business processes through innovative CRM solutions. As a key player in our team, you will leverage your expertise in change management, process improvement, and business analysis to deliver impactful results that elevate our customer experience and operational efficiency.

Duties

Lead end-to-end CRM system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes and technology infrastructure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet strategic objectives and deliver on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, IT, and customer service—to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Drive change management initiatives by communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating user adoption, and providing training sessions.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements within CRM workflows and customer engagement strategies.
Perform business analysis to assess system performance post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities to leverage CRM data for targeted marketing campaigns and customer insights.

Qualifications

Proven experience in CRM system implementation, management consulting, or related roles with a focus on digital transformation projects.
Strong skills in change management, strategic planning, and project management methodologies.
Expertise in process improvement techniques and business analysis tools to optimize workflows.
Excellent research and analysis skills to evaluate system performance and identify enhancement opportunities.
Background in business consulting or business development with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects while managing multiple priorities effectively.
