Full Job Description

From Firefighters, Police Officers, and School teachers to Animal Service Workers and Bank Tellers. These are just a few of the many hard-working men and women that we service in our practice.

Motivated, passionate ASWs/AMFTs looking for the best clinical training and experience possible. Our practice specializes in making a difference in the lives of real people struggling to overcome hardships, find hope and move forward.

The offered position is not for everyone as it often involves high exposure to individuals who have sustained significant traumas and catastrophic injuries.

Enabling our clinician’s to refine and master their craft is one of our highest priorities. We provide advanced individual and group clinical training, support and supervision meeting BBS requirements for licensure.

Our Clinician position is being offered on a part-time basis only. Clinicians provide direct clinical counseling and behavioral services to our chronic pain/industrial injury patient population. Minimum caseload of 10-12 patients a week.

We offer a flexible schedule where you can set your own hours and hold sessions remotely.

Our practice is insurance based and our administrative team handles all referrals, scheduling, billing, and administrative work. Minimum paperwork is required. Our goal is to take all non-therapeutic tasks off your plate so you can focus on treating patients.

One BH was founded and is headed by licensed clinicians who prioritize quality care and the well-being of patients.

Required Qualifications:

Current and active California ASW or AMFT registered with the CA BBS.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience providing 1:1 clinical psychotherapy with adults.
A caring, compassionate, personable demeanor
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport via telemedicine
Ability to complete psychological progress notes in a timely manner
Experience completing bio-psycho-social intakes
Certification and experience delivering EMDR preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred but not required.

Candidates without these minimum qualifications will not be considered for the position.

One Behavioral Health is a fast-growing telemedicine practice specializing in providing high-quality, comprehensive care to injured workers across California. We are looking for clinicians who are excited to grow with our practice.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 21.0 per week
