About the Role

We're looking for an email designer to design and create beautiful, high-converting email templates for our clients.

What You'll Do

Build emails from written briefs provided by our team, bringing your own creativity and design ideas to make each template stronger
Design email templates in Figma, collaborate with our team & clients, and make timely revisions based on feedback
Export Figma files and rebuild emails inside of Klaviyo as editable templates
Source or AI-generate image, GIF, and design assets based on each client’s brand, preferences, and guidelines

What You'll Need

A portfolio that showcases your best email design work
Great design taste and a strong instinct for what makes an email both captivating and conversion-focused
The ability to design across a range of styles, from luxury and minimalist to editorial, playful, retro, tech-forward, and beyond
Experience designing email templates in Figma
Klaviyo experience, specifically building email templates and using live text, live buttons, dynamic content blocks, etc.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Experience creating GIFs and animated email designs
Strong attention to detail and pride in getting the little things right
Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating with a remote team
Regular availability during North American business hours to keep communication smooth and turnaround times quick
