Do you also have 20–30 practice owners or healthcare decision-makers who'd take your call? If yes, you just became our top candidate.

If you can't close, the network doesn't matter — you'll burn the relationships and the deal. This role is for A-players only. No exceptions.

About Full Prac

Full Prac is a healthcare-only client acquisition agency. We work exclusively with med spas, weight loss/GLP-1 clinics, and functional medicine practices — all private-pay. Our co-founder is a licensed RN. We build the complete acquisition system: ads, landing pages, automated lead follow-up, SEO, and reputation management.

We have the product. We have the guarantee. We have the brand. What we're adding is a closer who can sit across from a practice owner and get a signature — and who can open the door themselves because healthcare owners already trust them.

The Opportunity

This is a closer role first. Connector second.

Your job is to run the conversation and close the deal — whether the lead came from your own network, a referral partner, or a discovery call we booked for you. A warm intro that doesn't convert is worth nothing. We need someone who turns conversations into signed contracts.

Your healthcare network is a massive accelerant — it shortens your sales cycle and skips the cold-trust phase entirely. But the network gets you the meeting. Closing skill gets you paid.

What This Actually Looks Like Day-to-Day

You run discovery and closing calls — some sourced from your own healthcare relationships, some we hand you from inbound and outreach.
You diagnose the practice's acquisition gaps, present the offer, handle objections, and close — live, on the call.
You leverage your network for warm intros: "Hey, I've been working with a healthcare marketing agency doing something different — worth 15 minutes?"
You build a referral bench — gym owners, medical reps, healthcare consultants, financial advisors — who feed you warm conversations on an ongoing basis.
You own the full cycle: intro or lead → discovery → close. No handoffs, no excuses.

How You Get Paid

15% commission on monthly retainer for every deal you personally close — paid every month the client stays active. Commissions stack. They don't reset.

Closed-deal bonus: every contract you close earns a setup bonus on top of ongoing commission — paid the month the client signs.

Referral partner sends a closed client — $250 flat bonus. Affiliate link generates a closed client — $200 flat bonus. Both stack on top of commission.

What 90 days of closing can build.

3 Starter clients closed → $1,125/month residual. Forever.
3 Growth clients closed → $2,925/month residual. Forever.
5 Growth clients closed → $4,875/month residual — on top of every setup bonus already paid out.

The math: a real closer with a real network can build $3,000–$5,000+/month in stacking residual income inside one quarter. This isn't a lead-gen gig. It's a builder's seat.

90-Day Targets

Month 1: 8–10 discovery calls run, 2–3 clients closed personally
Month 2: 3+ referral partner relationships active, 2–3 additional clients closed, pipeline consistently full
Month 3: 6+ active clients closed, $2,250–$7,500+/month in commission, referral and affiliate systems feeding the pipeline independently
