Business Development Representative

Remote (Central Florida or Atlanta, Georgia-based preferred) · Full-time · Up to 25% travel

We’re hiring a BDR to power our next wave of hospital and imaging center partnerships!

About Us: RemoteRadTech keeps MRI and CT scanners running when hospitals and imaging centers can’t staff them. Our remote technologists operate scanners alongside an in-suite aide — covering any shift, weekends, callouts, and volume surges.

You’ll: build an outbound territory of hospitals, health systems, imaging groups, and urgent care networks — then develop and execute a structured outreach and engagement plan for each target segment. That means researching accounts, identifying the right buyers (imaging directors, radiology administrators, hospital operations leaders, CFOs), mapping their operational pain points, and building multi-touch sequences across calls, email, and LinkedIn tailored to each audience. Qualify prospects on real operating detail — scanner hours, open tech positions, callout frequency, backlog — and book and prep discovery meetings for sales leadership. Represent RemoteRadTech at radiology industry trade shows including RBMA, RSNA, AHRA, and other imaging conferences — engage attendees on the floor, capture and qualify leads in real time, and own the post-show follow-up process to convert booth and session contacts into qualified pipeline and closed deals. Maintain Zoho CRM as a reliable single source of truth—log every contact, activity, deal stage, and next step promptly, with accurate, deduplicated, clean data. Pipeline reviews and forecasts depend on what’s in the CRM; if the data is stale or sloppy, leadership is making decisions in the dark.

You bring: minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative preferably in healthcare IT — this is a firm requirement, not a nice-to-have. You have a track record of self-sourced pipeline in outbound B2B sales, sharp written outreach, and the independence to run a remote territory. Former MRI or CT technologists who have transitioned into a healthcare IT BDR role and built a 2-year track record are especially valued — your clinical fluency is a real differentiator. A clinical radiology background alone, without BDR experience, does not meet this role's requirements.

Compensation: Base Salary + Variable Compensation, healthcare and 401k plans

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years as a Business Development Representative in healthcare IT — a firm requirement. Clinical or radiology experience is additive to that track record, not a substitute.

EDUCATION

Associate’s degree (two-year) required; Bachelor’s degree (four-year) preferred

PROSPECTING & SALES PLATFORMS

You’ll live in these tools every day, and we expect demonstrable expert-level command of each — not passing familiarity:

· Apollo.io — contact enrichment, sequence building, signal-based outbound, and list management

· Zoho CRM — pipeline management, deal tracking, activity logging, reporting dashboards, and workflow automation

· ZoomInfo — account and contact research, intent data, org-chart mapping, and technographic filtering

· LinkedIn — Sales Navigator prospecting, Boolean search, InMail sequencing, and social selling

· Claude (Anthropic) — prospect research, outreach drafting, account briefings, competitive analysis, call preparation, and workflow automation. You prompt effectively and fold Claude into daily sales operations to move faster on pipeline.

MICROSOFT 365 BUSINESS SUITE

You need expert-level command of the full Microsoft 365 suite — not just email and calendar. The role runs daily on Outlook (email, calendar, scheduling), Teams, Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling for territory and pipeline analysis), PowerPoint (client-facing and internal decks), and SharePoint/OneDrive for document management and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
