Licensed Therapist or Registered Dietitian – Christian Mental Health & Wellness Practice
Visions | North Chesterfield, VA / Telehealth / Hybrid
Independent Contractor | Flexible Schedule

Visions is a Christian Mental Health & Wellness Practice serving adults, children, adolescents, couples, families, and wellness patients. We provide clinically grounded, whole-person care that supports healing in the mind, body, and Spirit.

We are seeking licensed therapists and Registered Dietitians/Registered Dietitian Nutritionists who desire to do meaningful work in a practice where clinical excellence, compassion, purpose, and Christian faith integration are valued.

This opportunity is for providers who want the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established practice — without having to build everything alone.

Christian Mental Health & Wellness Focus

Visions is a Christian Mental Health & Wellness Practice. Patients may choose whether they want Christian faith, biblical principles, prayer, spiritual reflection, or other faith-based interventions incorporated into their care.

Because this is a core specialty of Visions, providers must be comfortable working in a Christian mental health and wellness environment and have training, experience, or demonstrated competence in ethically integrating Christian faith into clinical care when requested by the patient.

Faith integration must be clinically appropriate, ethical, respectful, patient-centered, and consent-based.

Provider Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for maintaining all professional requirements necessary to practice, including:

Active license, certification, registration, or credential required for the services provided
Professional liability/malpractice insurance
Continuing education requirements
Ethical and legal standards of practice
Timely documentation
Professional communication
Compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and applicable state regulations

Compensation

This is an independent contractor opportunity. The pay range shown is an estimated range per completed billable clinical hour/session and is not a guaranteed hourly wage or salary.

Compensation is based on collected revenue for services personally rendered and documented by the provider. Actual earnings vary based on payer reimbursement, service type, provider availability, caseload, authorization requirements, and actual collections.

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
