If you’re a senior media buyer based in the U.S. who’s already actively working inside accounts spending 7 figures per month on Meta and/or Google, you’re probably underpaid for the value you bring.

This role is designed to change that.

About Lead Rush

Lead Rush is a fast-growing performance marketing agency that helps law firms generate more signed cases through paid social and search.

We currently manage $3–4M+ per month in ad spend, and we’re scaling aggressively.

We test more creatives, across more platforms, than almost any agency in our space.

The Role

This is not a traditional media buyer role. We don’t need someone who just clicks buttons and can’t innovate and take over the media buying department. We don’t need someone who is fine with just getting told what to do.

What we need is someone who can take ownership of the full media buying strategy and drive growth across platforms, states, and creatives.

We need someone who can bridge the gap between media buying and the creative team and use the data to help them create more winners. You won’t just optimize ads across campaigns, you’ll spot ads and angles that are starting to work, rapidly expand those across new states/geos, and drive volume in underperforming states.

What You’ll Actually Do

Manage and optimize high-spend campaigns across Meta, Google & TikTok
Launch ad creatives across Meta, Google, & TikTok
Update and maintain critical Google Sheets (spend tracking, performance dashboards, scaling models)
Identify ads and angles that are starting to work
Rapidly scale winning creatives across new states and markets
Spot patterns like:
“This is working here → launch in here, here, and there.”
“This angle is hitting on Meta → let’s test it on YouTube or TikTok”
“This angle is doing really well right now, let’s make it into these formats”
“This state specific ad is working really well, let’s make for the rest of the geos”
“We don’t have enough image ads or UGC ads, creative team let’s get more going”
Drive volume in underperforming states by quickly identifying ads starting to do well in other states, analyzing creative diversity in each of our states to see what styles of creatives we can launch more of, and analyze competitors in the market to see what styles of creatives they are running.
Work closely with the creative team to:
Push for more variations of winning angles and ads that have potential to become winners
Identify state/city-specific opportunities
Translate performance data into clear creative direction
Continuously look for:
Scaling opportunities
Inefficiencies
Gaps in testing

This is not a “set it and forget it” role.

This is a think fast, act fast, win fast role.

What Makes This Role Different

Most media buyers optimize what’s already working.

In this role, you’re expected to:

Bring new ideas to the media buying department (keeping up with trends in other verticals / spaces and see how we can implement them here) and be excited to implement them
Not just optimize the campaigns and click buttons
Push the creative team forward and keep them in the loop on ads starting to do well, variations that can be made, and areas in which we can do better on
Continuously look for scaling opportunities and budget relocation opportunities
Be obsessed with performance and wanting to see what we can do daily to drive more volume and driver lower CPLs / lower cost per conversion

You’re not based in the United States
You’ve never worked inside 7 figure monthly spend ad accounts
You rely on “waiting for more data” before making decisions
You want slow days, rigid structure, or hand-holding

You’re scared to be wrong
You lack innovation and don’t bring new ideas to the table
You don’t know what creative diversity is and don’t have experience with creatives
