We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Management Associate to support our growing operations team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with documents, databases, digital records, and information management systems.

Position Overview

The Records Management Associate will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, auditing, and safeguarding company records and digital documentation. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, document accessibility, regulatory compliance, and efficient record-keeping processes across multiple departments.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, maintain, and update digital records, files, and company documentation.
Manage document filing, archiving, retrieval, and classification systems.
Review records for accuracy, completeness, and data quality.
Conduct routine audits to identify duplicate, outdated, or missing information.
Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and data protection requirements.
Track document revisions and maintain accurate record histories.
Generate reports and support record-related requests from internal teams.
Assist with workflow improvements, document management processes, and data organization projects.
Support cross-functional teams with administrative and records management tasks.
Maintain secure storage and handling of sensitive business information.

Qualifications

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and cloud storage platforms.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred

Experience in records management, administration, data entry, compliance, or document control.
Familiarity with document management systems (DMS).
Knowledge of data governance and information management practices.
Experience working remotely in a professional environment.
