Michigan Family Insurance, one of Michigan’s top-producing Allstate agencies, is looking for experienced Property & Casualty sales professionals to join our remote team.

This is not an entry-level position. We want proven producers who have performed at a high level and are ready to join a culture built around respect, accountability, achievement, and winning.

We provide the systems, leads, marketing investment, and leadership support. You bring the discipline, sales ability, and drive to turn those opportunities into results.

A modern CRM to manage leads, follow-up, and your sales pipeline
Pre-existing leads and new opportunities delivered daily
Approximately $4,000 per month in company-funded marketing supporting your production
Established sales processes, scripts, workflows, and performance tracking
Coaching and support from an experienced, high-producing agency

What You Will Do

Sell Allstate auto, home, renters, landlord, umbrella, and other personal insurance products
Respond quickly to inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Conduct insurance reviews and identify opportunities to protect the customer’s full household
Build trust through accurate, needs-based recommendations
Maintain consistent follow-up through the company CRM
Cross-sell and bundle policies when appropriate
Meet established activity, quote, premium, and sales goals
Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline notes
Participate in team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
Represent Michigan Family Insurance and Allstate with professionalism and integrity

Who We Are Looking For

The right candidate:

Has a proven record of high-level Property & Casualty sales performance
Consistently meets or exceeds production goals
Knows how to work, follow up, and close leads without constant supervision
Is competitive, coachable, disciplined, and personally accountable
Communicates confidently over the phone, text, and email
Thrives in a measurable, results-oriented environment
Values teamwork, professionalism, and doing what is right for the customer
Can maintain focus, responsiveness, and productivity while working remotely

We are especially interested in candidates who have ranked among the top producers in a prior agency, carrier, brokerage, or insurance sales organization.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty insurance license in an approved state, or ability to obtain the required license
Previous personal-lines insurance sales experience
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding insurance sales goals
Experience working inbound, outbound, internet, referral, or aged leads
Strong phone, CRM, follow-up, and objection-handling skills
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule
Ability to pass applicable background and licensing requirements

Previous Allstate experience and licenses in multiple states are preferred but not required.
