THIS IS NOT A SALARY ROLE. THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY.

If you're a self-motivated, results-driven individual who knows how to pick up the phone and open doors, read on. If you need a base salary to get out of bed in the morning, this role isn't for you.

Homepal Drywall is a fast-growing drywall repair specialist operating across Florida. We connect property managers, real estate agents, landlords and home services businesses with a professional, fast-response drywall repair service. We're looking for hungry sales reps to help us grow our B2B client base across Florida.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Your job is simple: identify and contact B2B clients across Florida. Property managers, real estate agents, landlords, Airbnb managers, and home services companies, introduce them to Homepal Drywall, and convert them into ongoing clients.

Every client you bring in earns you 10% of all revenue they generate with us, for 6 months from their first completed job.

There is no cap on your earnings. The more clients you bring in, the more you earn. Period.

WHAT YOU EARN

10% of all revenue from every client you onboard, for 6 months.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

Property manager sends us 10 jobs per month at $480 average:

→ $4,800/month revenue → You earn $480/month from that one client

Land 5 clients like that:

→ $24,000/month revenue → You earn $2,400/month

Land 10 clients:

→ $48,000/month revenue → You earn $4,800/month

And that's just from existing clients. Every new client you add increases your monthly earnings. There is no ceiling.

Commission is paid monthly, within 14 days of month end, for all revenue collected from your clients in that period.

WHO WE WANT YOU TO TARGET

Your primary targets are B2B clients in Florida who regularly need drywall repair work:

- Property management companies (your biggest opportunity)

- Independent landlords managing multiple properties

- Real estate agents preparing properties for sale

- Airbnb and short-term rental property managers

- Home warranty companies

- Insurance restoration companies

We will provide you with an initial target list to get you started immediately. After that, the Florida market is yours to work.

HOW IT WORKS

1. We provide you with sales guidelines, a value proposition and an initial target list

2. You are provided with a dedicated Homepal Drywall phone number (OpenPhone) for all outreach

3. You contact businesses, introduce Homepal Drywall and convert them into clients

4. When a client books their first job and it is completed, your 6-month commission period begins

5. You earn 10% of everything they spend with us for the next 6 months

6. We handle all job management, quoting, scheduling and client communication, you just focus on bringing clients in

WHAT WE EXPECT

This is a performance-based role. We take it seriously and we expect you to as well.

- Minimum 30 verified outreach contacts per week, tracked automatically via your provided phone number

- Consistent weekly activity: Two consecutive weeks below minimum activity may result in termination of the agreement

- Professional representation of the Homepal Drywall brand at all times

- Regular communication with the Homepal Drywall team on pipeline progress

- Signing of a freelance sales representative agreement before commencing

WHO YOU ARE

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without supervision

- Confident on the phone, you don't mind making cold calls and you know how to have a conversation

- Results-focused: You understand that commission-only means you control your income

- Organized: You can manage your own pipeline and keep track of your outreach

- Based in Florida or able to make calls during Florida business hours

- Experience in B2B sales or outreach is preferred but not required, the right attitude matters more
