Full Job Description

The Role in One Paragraph

ClinicGrower is a growth marketing agency for medical aesthetic practices. We have worked with over 1,000 practices since 2017. This role owns one number: qualified appointments on the sales calendar. You will engineer and implement the campaigns, funnels, and automations that produce them, and you will document what you build so the system fuels the growth. This is not a management role, and it is not a brand strategy role. It is a build-and-optimize role for someone who wants their compensation tied directly to output they control.

What Is Different About This Role

Read this part carefully. It will tell you quickly whether you want the job.

The appointment target is fixed. The channel mix is yours. You inherit a Demand Plan naming three proven starting channels, and you are expected to expand, kill, or reweight channels as the data justifies. You are the performance marketing expert and expected to perform like one.
Documentation is a graded outcome, not an afterthought.
You are expected to use AI heavily. We will ask you to demonstrate this live in the interview. Candidates who cannot show a real workflow will not advance.
Strategy direction comes from the CEO, with whom you will collaborate. Judgment inside that direction is yours. You decide what to test, what to kill, and where budget goes this week. You do not decide our positioning or our offer.
The incentive plan is designed to pay from month two, not month twelve.

Requirements (Non-negotiables)

3+ years hands-on paid media, with at least 18 months owning Meta ad accounts at $10,000/month spend or above
Demonstrable GoHighLevel fluency: workflows, funnels, forms, pipelines, tagging, calendar integrations. You will be asked to navigate your own GHL account on a live screen share
Working knowledge of tracking: pixels, UTMs, Google Tag Manager, conversion APIs
Advanced English level. Strong enough to draft B2B copy aimed at physicians and practice owners
Proven self-direction in a fully remote role with asynchronous management
Practical AI proficiency in daily workflow, not curiosity about it

Strongly preferred

Agency-side experience, particularly B2B lead generation for an agency's own pipeline
Google Ads and YouTube campaign management
Medical, aesthetic, dental, or other regulated healthcare vertical experience
Database reactivation and email/SMS sequence campaigns
Landing page conversion optimization and structured A/B testing

Responsibilities in scope

Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google targeting medical aesthetic practices, cosmetic dermatologists, anti-aging centers, established med spa owners, cosmetic and plastic surgeons, and vein and vascular practices. Our best clients are physician-led.
Build and maintain GHL funnels, landing pages, forms, workflows, pipelines, and tagging architecture
Execute database reactivation campaigns across email and SMS
Own lead qualification logic in the CRM so that MQL tagging is accurate and Meta receives clean optimization signals
Write and test ad copy against supplied avatar briefs and brand voice rules
Submit creative briefs to the design team with targeting context. Brief writing only, and/ or AI-driven systems…our own manual production of creative is not required.
Maintain the Campaign Build SOP. Every campaign documented within 7 days of launch.
Close the three open sections of the Growth Marketing Playbook: Tracking and Dashboard, QA Process, Testing
Deliver the weekly scorecard every Monday without being asked
Support Dream 100 outbound with digital assets and follow-up sequences
Run the monthly webinar as a lead generation support function: promotion, funnel, follow-up sequences. Webinars feed the appointment outcome and are not separately scored.
