Full Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We partner with three CAP-accredited, CLIA-certified reference labs to bring genetic (NGS) and molecular diagnostic testing into private clinics. Helixion, Gene2Genome, & Elixir. We're looking for experienced account executives and medical sales professionals who already have physician-level relationships and want to put them to work with a testing menu that fits naturally into how their clinics already operate.

Our testing complements a clinic's existing setup. It does not replace their lab or disrupt their workflow. You introduce it and stay in the relationship. We handle everything behind it - billing, logistics, specimen processing, and results delivery.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING

Presenting our genetic and molecular testing panels to physicians in your existing network
Onboarding practices — account registration, requisition forms, supply setup (we handle the back end)
Serving as the ongoing point of contact for your accounts as they begin ordering
Working with our lab partners to make sure specimens route correctly and results come back clean, minimzing issues

WHAT WE OFFER

Genetic panels (NGS): Neurology, Cardiopulmonary, Pulmonary, Thyroid, Immune, PGx, CGx (Cancer), Wound Care, Eye and Hearing Disorder, NIPT, and more.

Molecular panels: Respiratory (RPP), UTI, STI, Wound, Toenail Fungal, GI, Pneumonia, Women's Health, PGx.

Non-invasive swab collection, no added staffing for the clinic
Secure physician-only results portal
Quicker turnaround times
Custom panels can be developed in-house for a clinic's specific needs

COVERAGE

We accept Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage, PPO plans (Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Clover), TRICARE, and Medicaid in approved states.

We do not accept HMO plans or patients with unmet deductibles. Knowing this up front is what keeps you from making a promise to a provider that the lab cannot back. You will get the full routing map on day one.

COMPENSATION

Commission is 20% paid on reimbursement per qualified test collected, with no cap and no territory restrictions on the relationships you already have. Genetic and molecular panels reimburse at strong rates, and active clinics generate recurring volume.

Reps with active clinics running even a handful of tests per week are earning $150K–$300K annually, with some of our reps doing well beyond that.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Account executives, account managers, or medical/pharma sales reps with established relationships at the physician or practice-owner level
Anyone currently calling on private independent practices inlcluding: primary care, internal medicine, ALF, neurology, cardiology, urology, podiatry, pain management, endocrinology, urgent care, skilled nursing, etc.
People who can get a meeting with a decision-maker without a gatekeeper stopping them

IF YOU HAVE A TEAM

We also work with independent partners who run their own reps. If you've built a team and want to bring them onto this product line, we're open to it. You keep your team, we support them with the same materials and lab access, and we structure an override on the volume they produce. Just tell us beforehand, so we can set it correctly from the start.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

This role runs on relationships you already have. We're not looking for professionals starting from zero or building a territory from scratch. if you don't currently have clinics where you know the physician or practice owner by name, this won't be a fit. We'd rather say that up front than waste your time.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Full onboarding materials, brochures, and requisition forms for all three labs
An interactive insurance routing tool so you always know which lab a patient goes to
Trained medical assistants available to support your clinics where needed
Direct access to lab billing contacts, so you're not left guessing on reimbursement
Complete transparency on your numbers, as our biller will send reports twice a month so you always know exactly what your accounts are producing
