Job Summary
PLEASE SEE 'TO APPLY' SECTION. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, responsible for moving the pipeline forward, upselling, and sometimes closing.

Duties

Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions and follow-ups
Schedule product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs
Collaborate with SDR and marketing teams to develop territory-specific strategies that maximize lead conversion
Engage in active negotiation to address client questions, overcome objections, and close initial sales opportunities
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status for accurate forecasting and analysis
Sell Sell Sell without being prescriptive.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, B2B sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on account management
Familiarity with CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
Strong understanding of technology sales, product demos, and technical sales processes
Demonstrated success in territory management, direct sales, or retail sales environments
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication and customer service abilities
Ability to analyze market data and identify new business opportunities effectively
Experience with cold calling, upselling, and managing multiple accounts simultaneously is highly desirable
