Join Our Team in Beautiful Lake Tahoe

QM Resorts is seeking an experienced, hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations at our Incline Village resort. This full-time leadership position offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a well-established hospitality company.

Applicants must currently reside within commuting distance of Incline Village and be able to commute safely in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
Prepare daily room assignments and weekly staff schedules.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Maintain overall accountability for room quality, readiness, and housekeeping performance.
Train housekeeping staff on company standards, cleaning procedures, safety practices, and guest service expectations.
Coordinate daily room readiness with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments.
Assign deep-cleaning projects and special tasks based on occupancy and operational priorities.
Manage housekeeping inventories, conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts, and place supply orders.
Drive team members between nearby company properties using a company vehicle when operationally required.
Assist with housekeeping duties when needed and lead by example.

Qualifications

Required

Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping within a hotel, resort, vacation ownership, or similar hospitality environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to qualify to drive company vehicles and successfully pass a Vehicle Driving Record review.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and email.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Preferred

Experience supervising housekeeping operations in a resort or vacation ownership property.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Resort Manager and plays a critical leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining outstanding housekeeping standards across the property.

40 hours per week
8-hour shifts
Regular days off: Wednesday & Thursday
Weekends and holidays required
