Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer currently has an Inventory Specialist opportunity at Ellsworth Adhesives. This role reports into our Specialty Chemical Distribution (SCD) Divi sion located in Sparks, NV .

You will compile records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment by performing the following duties . While also m oving inventory within the facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor s and maintain s the physical inventory for accuracy both in the warehouse and within the computer system
Using computer system, WMS handheld devices and pick lists to pick items production , sales or transfer order s
Fulfills all required items for outside service providers
Conducts regular cycle count s of inventory
Returns items to the proper warehouse location after production
Work s with the production departments on appropriate scrap status after a job completes
Monitors and reorder s consumable s for the production floor
Conforms to all quality and safety related procedures
Back s up Receiving and Shipping tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of inventory experience required
High school diploma or equivalency
Forklift certification
Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to achieve a high level of work quality
Ability to use standard M S Offic e applications , ERP, distribution center software and/or hardware (UPC guns, etc.)
Lifts and/or moves up to 50 lbs.
