Full Job Description

Continental Western Corporation is recognized for high-quality products and customer service and has been a leader in its field for 70 years. With branch offices across the U.S., CWC provides a full line of packaging products including strapping, stretch film, tape and safety products. We are currently searching for a dynamic candidate to join our team within our branch location in Atlanta, GA. You must be detail-oriented, have some background and experience in Inside Sales, and be excited about contributing to our growing team.As a CWC Inside Sales Representative, you would be responsible for interacting with customers and vendors mainly on the phone. In a pleasant and efficient manner, you will also be working as part of a team to handle the day to day operations of a busy sales office while focusing on sales growth. Join us as an Inside Sales Representative, where your skills in warm calling, negotiation, and customer service will contribute significantly to our growth and success. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment!QUALIFICATIONS:

Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, driven to excel with minimum supervision.
Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills.
Drive to meet performance metrics / 25-50 calls a day, open 3 -5 accounts a month.
Maintain customer/prospect records as well as sales touches in CRM.
Ability to negotiate with vendors and customers.
Computer Experience including working knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to “multi-task” in a busy sales office is essential.
A pleasant phone voice and an easy-going personality.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
Minimum 1-year experience in Inside Sales.
Prior experience in the Packaging Industry, helpful, but not required.
