About Us: At Super Llama Inflatable Park, we’re dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for families and children of all ages. From thrilling attractions to engaging activities, our mission is to bring joy and excitement to every visit. We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate Event Manager to join our team and help us orchestrate spectacular events that keep our guests coming back for more.

Job Overview: As the Event Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from birthday parties and corporate gatherings to seasonal celebrations and community events. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds our guests’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Design and plan a variety of events, ensuring all aspects are tailored to the needs and preferences of our clients and guests.
Coordination: Oversee the logistics of event setup, including coordinating with vendors, managing schedules, and ensuring all materials and equipment are prepared.
Team Management: Lead and support a team of event staff, providing guidance and ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a seamless event experience.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and local advertising.
Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues that arise during events, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and guests to continually improve our event offerings and services.
Positive Attitude: Be able to come to work with a positive attitude for both the staff and customers.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or management, preferably in a family entertainment or hospitality setting.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and team members.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, including making and posting schedules.
Creativity: Innovative and creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with a calm and professional demeanor.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
